Unusable

Seriously: neither your site or the app allow me to access my profile. How the hell am I supposed to be able to improve or add to my profile if the ONLY time UpWork makes it available to me is when I first create the account? And, I have experience with writing and graphic design in addition to having a Bachelors degree in sociology. Why arent I allowed to tell potential employers about ALL of my skills? Finally, when I write to you for support with these issues (and even tried to be polite), why cant you take a minute to respond? Now I have to be rude and tell the whole world that this site is unusable! Wouldnt it be better for business if I didnt do exactly this?
