Upwork App Reviews

Wish it was like the website. You can basically just message people, which is ok, but it would be better if you could send images. Also it would be great if they could give you options where youre going to pay someone or change the project.

This app handles messages and invites well. Thats about it. Will update to 5 stars when they add more website like features but its nice to have the messages instantly on here rather than waiting for an email notification.

Nothing really changed from my last review. I still cant see and apply to available jobs. What is even worse I cant enter my pricing for hourly jobs and that field is totally useless. I wonder if these guys are reading their user reviews at all? Cmon guys, your website looks pretty bad with the latest changes but can you at least make this app better? Thank you.

Cannot login to the app. Says "Failed to retrieve user data", or something along those lines. I even did the ol uninstall and reinstall trick. No luck. Help! :(

Downloaded it and all I get is continual crashing. Until they update it- dont waste your time.

If freelancers cant get notified of possible jobs, then whats the point?

Like others have said previously the app will not allow you to log in. Reinstalling doesnt work. This issue is serious and needs to resolved quickly because you are loosing creditability in the app space.

Constantly trying to reconnect for the last month or so. Worked fine as a messenger before that.

Seriously: neither your site or the app allow me to access my profile. How the hell am I supposed to be able to improve or add to my profile if the ONLY time UpWork makes it available to me is when I first create the account? And, I have experience with writing and graphic design in addition to having a Bachelors degree in sociology. Why arent I allowed to tell potential employers about ALL of my skills? Finally, when I write to you for support with these issues (and even tried to be polite), why cant you take a minute to respond? Now I have to be rude and tell the whole world that this site is unusable! Wouldnt it be better for business if I didnt do exactly this?
